Rare Book Tour
The Rare Book Tours were tours of Kansas City area libraries, archives, collections, publishers, and artist studios focused on printed publications.
Archives tend to cater to researchers and/or members of their respective institution. These tours supported a more accessible approach to engagement with these collections.
This was also a way for me to use a fictitious club to gain access to these resources. In other words, most of these institutions may not be interested in hosting an entire tour just for me, but they are open to hosting a group.
